How we get started
Discovery
The first 1-hour consultation is complimentary. It gives our lead strategist an opportunity to learn more about the priorities, pain points and aspirations of your company. This step is an important step for us to build a trusting relationship and identify what questions need to be asked to evaluate brand performance and ways existing marketing and communication efforts are complimenting the organization and key business objectives.
Exploration
Based on the discovery call, one or more members of WOKE will proceed to set up 2-5 exploration calls to get a more intimate understanding of how some of the branding and communication issues are presenting across the organization. These calls are usually 30-45 minutes long, where we request to speak with technical leads and/or department heads. During this process, we take note of any inconsistencies presented and share it back with the client before moving forward.
Pitch
You hear our proposed plan to meet your requests and the specific problem areas identified. We share what it’s going to take, how much it’s going to cost, what will be measured, who will need to be involved, and the projected amount of time it’s going to see some wins!
This is when you'll get our requirements for what we will need to best realize your vision.
