Discovery
The first 1-hour consultation is complimentary. It gives our lead strategist an opportunity to learn more about the priorities, pain points and aspirations of your company. This step is crucial for us to establish a trusting relationship and determine the key questions necessary to assess brand performance and evaluate how existing processes can help meet key business objectives.
Exploration
Following discovery, we schedule some calls to get a more intimate understanding of the project. These calls are approximately 30 minutes and with technical leads and/or department heads. During this process, we note any inconsistencies to share back before moving forward.
Pitch
You hear our proposed plan to meet your requests and the specific problem areas identified. We share what it’s going to take, how much it’s going to cost, what will be measured, who will need to be involved, and the projected amount of time it’s going to take to see some wins!
This is also when you get our requirements for what is needed to realize your vision.
